The following Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable for any Products that You purchase with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
• Seller (referred to as either “the Seller”, “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to MechLab, Largo Lituania 11, 90146 Palermo, Italy.
• Products refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Products from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to MechLab Store, accessible from https://www.mechlabstore.com.
• You (or the Buyer) means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Order Processing
Orders placed via https://www.mechlabstore.com will be processed on business days, that is from Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 11.00am (Italian time). We will not process Orders during the weekends, that is on Saturday and Sunday.
Orders placed after 11.00am (Italian time) on business days or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Orders purchased via wire transfer will be processed upon confirmation that the amount has been successfully transferred to Us.
Return and Refund Policy
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review this policy on refunds and returns.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal pursuant to the Italian legislative decree 206/05 within 14 days starting from the day on which You or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by You to receive the Products, acquires physical possession of said Products. The above legislative decree does not apply to subjects who cannot be identified as consumers, meaning those who provide their VAT registration number (partita IVA) to receive an invoice when placing an Order.
In order to exercise your right, You must inform Us of your decision by sending an email to max@mechlabstore.it, clearly stating your decision to cancel the Order, return the Products and request a refund, and reporting any problem incurred.
Acceptance of the cancellation/return/refund is subject to verification by the Seller of the below conditions.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Products to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must apply:
• The Products were purchased in the last 14 days.
• The Products are in their original packaging. The original packaging must be intact.
• The Products must not have been used or damaged. They must be clean, intact and in their original conditions. No part must be missing.
• No duct tape, paper sheet or writing must be applied to the Product or its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
We cannot be held responsible for Products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Products or proof of received return delivery.
We will not refund You of Products whose unacceptable conditions are due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the Seller.
We will not refund You of any Products showing flaws, alterations or damages due to any improper, irregular or illegal use or installation by the Buyer or any third party who is not a professional issuing regular invoice. Failure to provide a receipt attesting proper installation by a qualified professional will void your warranty.
Only regular priced Products may be refunded. Unfortunately, Products on sale cannot be refunded.
Returning Products
You are responsible for the costs and risks of returning the Products toUs, even more so in the following cases:
• You choose the wrong size
• You reconsider your purchase
• You find the same Product at a lower price
• The Product does not meet your personal taste
• You made the purchase by mistake

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned Products, We will make sure that they are fully compliant to the Conditions for Returns and inform You of the refund status.
If the Products are compliant to the Conditions for Return, We will reimburse You of your purchase – net of any shipping costs – no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Products.
We will refund your purchase via one of the following payment methods:
• Wire transfer
• PayPal refund
We reserve the right to withdraw a percentage ranging from 5% to 80% of your purchase in case Products are not returned in acceptable conditions.
